i have tried total video converter
it did not work for me.
try the other suggestions given.

you must adjust the screen size in the advanced settings. the output frame size should be 160-120. if you do it this will work.

I bought an xcess mp4 player about 1 month ago and now when i switch on it ,it is not displaying anithing.what shoud i do?

Trust me dude I had the same problem. All you have to do is go to the seetings of the video converter and select the output display size, after you do so, just click on save and use the converter. and also save it in the Mp4 player. (mtv. format is a format which is used in most of the new mp4 players)

friend, when u purchase you got one cd containing video converter software. Pls click the exe file and input movie file which one u want to convert to MTV files. then click the advance setting, then choose high quality and out put frame size to 160*128. then convert. Nobody understand in the frame size hidden there. click carefully and use updown arrow.

yes, ihave the same mp4 and i bought it from Alain, it can only play .amv format movies dude you can use iorgsoft amv converter.......
