just listen to her and try to make her comfortable with menstruation, for example say that no one else knows when she has her periods or this is a good thing and that she's growing up and not a kid anymore...

no way!!

She had her period but she doesnt want to tell me. How do I approach her? I finally told her that I knew that she had her period and she started crying. Good moments. And also a start to a very painfull  thing..
