It is assumed that after 16 you will be mentally mature enough to make his/her decision to have sex or not. Before that age an adult could force a child to enagage.

i think that having sex is illegal especially when you are single, it's better to has it with your wife;

there should be a age limit just government trying to control us more

When you are Old Enough to get Married and Shoulder Responsibility. then Get Married and Have Sex all You want. Say from Dusk Till Dawn. and stick to your wife that way you dont have cause to Regret Terible mistakes you cant undo.
