Please what types of exercise are better for weight loss ?
i'm about 30 years old!

You will have to choose an endurance activities such as jogging, aerobics, bicycling, rowing, or swimming ... exercise for more than 40 minutes and at a moderately intense level.
Also try to exercise in the cold because your body will burn more energy in the cold to keep your bady warm.
just walk and walk...movement is all you need.

Believe me, lack of movement and eating much
puts on weight...so keep moving!
Just Walk & Excrise
Any form of exercise that you enjoy is a good one to do. Just be careful about high-impact sports. Walking is good. Just be sure to eat a balanced diet and take in fewer calories than you burn off.
