What's the fastest tennis serve speed record?
What speed was the fastest tennis serve?

Answers
It's Andy Roddick September 27, 2004, at a speed of 155 mph (249.4 km/h) in a Davis Cup match against Belarus.
for woman's tennis it's Venus Williams (USA) with a serve at 127 mph.
Bill Tilden served at a speed of 163.3 mph in 1931. Because this serve wasn't timed with modern technology, it is not seen as official as Andy Rodick's 155mph serve in 2004.
venus williams beat her record last year at wimbledon with 129 mph
