Gringo means "Green Go Home!", This word was created in 1840 in the Mexican-American War.

Wth? Gringo originates from Peruvians, Mexicans, and most of the Latin countries dude. It means (not trying to sound racist) american people. White people. How do I know? Uhh my parents are from Nicaragua. They use the word all the time. O_o But... not to say racist things..
