i think it's a fake facebook site, because all links in the bottom are with the url facebook.com.
so all the site is only one page to steal your password.
It's a Phishing Attack At Facebook
IE8 is already blocking the site as a phishing scam and Facebook is blocking the link, but if you already signed in using this pages, go immediately to facebook.com and change your password.
