Its actually pretty sick if you ask me (you have a VERY sick and twisted sense of humour by the way). And I'm pretty sure being a Nazi and displaying Swazstika symbols is against the law (or at least shunned by your whole community and will mostly result in death threats).

It depends on the particular laws in the state and community you live.

Constitutionally this could be considered protected speech under the first amendment. However, the first amendment does not protect fighting words. Fighting words are those which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace. Its a close call but I think that you would be protected by the first amendment and thus it would be legal.
