My kid has a hard time going to sleep at night, What foods help kids settle down and go to sleep for a 2 year old

jelly beans... i know it sounds odd but it has a high glycemic level any foods with that will make them sleepy... but just watch out what and how often you use it...cuz it can cause diabetes
