its kind of cliched that its because he likes you, it might just be he's just a dick. if its nice teasing, like tickling etc it might be but if its really mean, stay away

No man teases just for the hell of it, trust me. If he's doing it it's cuz he's interested... just beware, because level of interest is VERY variable.. in short, if you wanna find out, tease back but play hard to get.. you'll see.
