I think that a dark grey or a black brings out blue eyes, but if you go black, don't go to heavy.

wow this is kinda hard. I have blue eyes too and it really depends on a lot ...like your skin tone for one...if you have fair skin tone then dont use brown...but other wise brown works really well and you can use blue too but you dont want to over power your eyes cuz if they;re blue...they are naturally beautiful ;) but like for instance ...dont use a light blue eye shadow if you have light eyes

Ive got blue eyes and i think that if you blend black and greys together scross your eyelid it makes your eyes stand out but it doesnt look too heavy (:
