Have a balanced diet and consult a dietician, it will help you a lot but after leaving your dietician please do follow a balanced diet and all you need is some exercise which help in your foot problems
WHY DONT YOU EAT LESS FOOD :p
You should check with a professional. My guess is that having back and foot problems could complicate your ability to do the kinds of exercise that can help you to lose ewight. Also, it's possible that your weight is contributing to your back and foot problems.
