If I`m not mistaken it`s illgal to smoke it in public like cigarettes and its illegal to traffic it but if your of a certain age (not sure what age) and not doing it in public the at least don`t care much, I accually asked my (now ex) boyfriend`s cousin who came over from the Netherlands but I don`t know what part so I don`t know if the rules were different where he was vs Amsterdam... on that note why don`t you search google for it
