You can search for someone who have 2 accounts (pp and mb) and you send him and he send you to mb
u can try this E-Currency exchange service :
cheapegold.com
this is also E-Currency exchange service, works with auctions like ebay : www.e-moneymove.com
Online payment sites like paypal, moneybookers, alertpay, ... should allow tranfert between them, they should find a secure transaction rules and do it, just like banks do with the swift system.
DON'T believe Paypal allows ANY type transfers. ITs simply between them and client NO third party players. Fred.. you send to me good luck in getting a reply?

Hello!

I know a safe and legal method to transfer your money from PayPal to Moneybookers. Unfortunately it works only this one way, not backwards, but hey, better than nothing.

Moreover, it costs not more, than 0 (!!!!) - 3 % of your PP money to get it safe and sound to Moneybookers.

The secret is Codes-Discount. It's a site where you can sell and buy game codes. These "game codes" are in reality character chains that gaming sites offer for sale to have certain priviliges on the given site that sells them. So, if you validate a gaming code, you get extra go-s, extra playing possibilities to win prizes, points, etc. But, if you don't validate (use up) your bought code, you can sell it. And here is the trick. You can credit your Codes-Discount via PayPal, and you can debit to Moneybookers. You must hear my advice: DO NOT DEBIT YOUR MONEY DIRECTLY TO MONEYBOOKERS AFTER YOU CREDIT YOUR BALANCE WITH PAYPAL. It would be fraud. First, buy some codes (or a lot - depending how much money you wanna transfer), and than put it to sale. If you are clever, you can even have profit on this. Selling costs 2% , debiting costs 1 % to MoneyBookers. So, if you earn 3 % on your sellings, you can actually transfer your money from PP to MB FREE OF CHARGE!!! Or, even make profit on it. This works, and legal. The site functions as a stock exchange, where the stocks are gaming sites' codes. The market is quite liquid, you can check out, hundreds of codes are sold and bought every hour, so you’ll not end up having unsellable codes.

Here is to register to Codes-Discount:

Unfortunately the site is in French, but you only have to know a few words to be able to use it:
Acheter – buy (codes)
Vendre – sell (codes)
Top Offres – best prices for all codes, here you can follow the market prices.
Autobuy – you can set prices and amounts, if someone offers codes too cheap, you can grab them.
Mes ventes – your ongoing sales as well as finished transactions.
Top Codes – here you can check how many of the actual code are sold in total, and also that the certain code how liquid is, how long does it take to sell one code in average.

Actually I use Codes-Discount to sell my codes that I earn with surfbars, and cashout to MoneyBookers, but that is another story… On my site you can also see some screenshots from codesdiscount, as proof:
