Answers

yes, usually the AC charges from the engine power, so it lower the available power that can be used to move the car.

The answer is yes. when you switch the AC on it consumes a part of horse power. thus reducing it power in total.
yep when you turn it on it then spins the pulley and makes the engine work harder to spin it
