tea has caffine, well some peoples think it is good for health and some dont. but excess of everything is bad. you can have 2 cup of tea atleast in 24 hours.
Drinking Tea Is It Good Or Bad

Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers. There are so many health benefits by taking 2- 3 cups of tea daily. Some benefits are as follows:-
