yes, as chemicals are used in hair colors which may effect the natural pigment of hairs. the effect may be hair breakage, irritation, skin discoloration and allergy. but these are not the effect which can stay permenantly, there are certain products in markets which are harmless. Henna is a natural hair color which have almost no effect like above.
