theres all kinds of things u can do... this sounds stupid but try being urself.. have fun just talking to him.. try harmless flirting such as making urself known and dont be afraid to laugh at whats funny or saying nice friendly comments ectect..get involved in conversations and most importantly be urself.. cuz im sure ur beautiful inside and outside and if u know it others will see it too

Don't do it, it just makes for bad press when you break up. If you're that close to someone in the work place that you see them enough to be interested , what won't it be that more uncomfortable when you break up. Yes he could be the love of your life and be together forever but as a guy you would know if we were interested. Just be prepared for rejection if you go for the nothing ventured nothing gained approach.
