Assuming this is an actual question and not someone thinking they are funny, you should feel something and NOT like doing it again. Having sex with your brother is called incest. Incest causes birth defects among several other problems. I think whether this is a real question or not you need to seek some MAJOR help. No you do not need to kill yourself nor should any human being EVER suggest to another person that killing themselves is the right thing to do. No you should never do it again. Whatever it is you do decide to feel I hope it is enough to get you into counseling and for you I would think the sooner the better.

If you did it because your family life is horrible or abusive and you were seeking comfort in eachother then seek help.

Good for you! Why feel guilty? So many hurdles are avoided, so many other problems are moot. Many people have fantasies about sex with their siblings, but so few actually do it. I have had sex with 3 of my cousins. They are all hot. And it was the most amazing sex I have ever had. With one, we still have sex a couple of times a year. Relationships with strangers are difficult. Family is forgiving. We all desire sex. If it is good with your sibling, go for it!!!
