Go to My Computer (Files Explorer), local disk (c:) and open program files, find kiwee, and delete all the files in it and all directory.

Then go to Start/All programs, find and delete kiwee toolbar.

Go to "Programs and Features" and open it.

( Start button >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features )

You'll find a list of all the programs installed on your computer

Find Kiwee Toolbar in this list, select it and click change/uninstall.
