WELL..
you can do runnings for 1 hour daily
if not daily,then you can do 2-3 hours running
twice a week
and..bcuz when you run ,you sweats,
the fat comes out your body as sweats
so runnings is the best one!
and do..
sitsup and presups!

dont eat too little food while dieting
eat fruits,not junk food..
b4 eating any junk food,..eat a glass of water

emy its me again.. i cant bleav this advice i see here so i will post some..i take it, if ur tryn to gain weight ur thin..for most people u need to decide where ur at and then where u would like to b in the sense of being fit. weight training cardio and proper diet will unsure a healthy weight gain.. cardio burns calories so it helps to lose body fat but helps muscle growth so it works hand n hand with weight training which is the best way to gain muscle growth or size and then increasing calories of course helps gain weight ..however if u increase calories and they r from useless junk fat calories then u wil gain fat but if u increase calories and they r protein or moderate carb calories then u will see better results... becuz calories although r just calories the ratio of the type of calories makes the world of difference
