WELL.. you can do runnings for 1 hour daily if not daily,then you can do 2-3 hours running twice a week and..bcuz when you run ,you sweats, the fat comes out your body as sweats so runnings is the best one! and do.. sitsup and presups! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ dont eat too little food while dieting eat fruits,not junk food.. b4 eating any junk food,..eat a glass of water so ..there will be little space for junkfood
