I do not force my daughter to finish everything on her plate, but she knows that if she is too full to finish her dinner, then she she is also too full for dessert.
I put enough on her plate to keep her fed until breakfast. She loves my omemettes.

"When he's hungry he will eat don't worry"

dON'T FORCE YOUR KIDS TO EAT EVERYTHING ON THEIR PLATE. THIS COULD CAUSE ADULT EATING DISORDER WHEN THE GROW UP. THEY'LL SEE FOOD AS A PUNISHMENT AND COULD CAUSE LONG TERM ISSUES.
