It all depends on where on your body you are having your tattoo and how hi your pain threshhold is. Ive got some and none of them hurt. Its more of a anoying scratching felling.
but some of my m8s say it hurt them a little. But dont know anyone that thought it really hurt.

No it doesn't hurt much if done properly.

If you have them on your face they will and if you have the on your foot it might hurt aswell but anywhere else then it shouldnt
