Low carbs, once you stop eating carbs, you wont crave them anymore, Pounds just fall off of you,,, but when you start eating >carbs< again you will gain the Pounds back quickly so be >TUFF< no bread, noodles, rice, potatos, no starches, no carbs, i lost over 50 pounds and had a good time, i can eat meats bacon, lots of vegetable, drink my wine, but check, and avoid the Carbs,,, GOOD LUCK <<< (*L*),,,
