No, it's very very difficult to see satellites with a normal telescope, you will need a huge one, or you can use a good camera on a tripod and with a long exposure you can capture a "light trail".
yes , with a good one
You can see alot of satellites on a clear night with the naked eye so i see no reason you couldnt with a telescope so long as you can track it.
