sweetie the best advice i can give you work with what you have... im overweight and i cant cant use the excuse im big boned lol... if you're looking to get into the heathy area of your BMI then great but if its for looks... the best thing you can do is flatter your body not fix it. cuz you will never be happy with the way you look when thats what you're concerned...take it from someone who has had all of the eating disorders.
