no.. if it only touches the outer vagina.. coz air kills the sperm.. if it touches the inner vagina especially near the cervix, then you could have possible pregnancy... have sex when you're not fertile..

Sperm can travel long distances but not from the outside of vagina, because sperms need to be in (and the deeper the better) so they can swim :)
