Answers
It completely depends on what church you are attending. I have been to many different churches. At Catholic churches the only instrument in services is the organ. At a mennonite church I went to, there was a drum set and a guitar at the front of the chapel. I know of some churches that allow no instruments at all, and all singing is done a cappela, and I went to a Pentacostal service once where the entire congregation was doing a Conga to "The Saints Go Marching In."
