I think the minimal age is 18, but Yes you can with parental consent.

Married man says dont do it yet. or do it at all. Marrige is for people to have babies in a social framework. 17 is too young to take that on. Unless you be preggers now.

You can do lots of things if your 17, but I can assure you that you would seriously regret getting married so young, no matter how fabulous it might seem to you right now.
