No. that's just some girls' fantasy- just want to benefit from a man's friendship shaped and under control by the interest of girls' side , not both side. the disagreement in your interests , in final analysis, is all about sex or sex-related eventually- you want it going on your way, man wants it his way,that is the problem. No sex, nothing between no man and woman. friendship you said gone as well.

If both the man and a woman find something repugnant about the other, something that would be a consideration if they were to 'be together', that is the thing that would allow them to work or socialise or associate in a friendly way, and not be sexual in their behaviour and motive. That works while they keep their sobriety. Very importantly, they should not get drunk together, or wasted and lay beside each other, ever. With those parameters, it is most likely they could remain friends.

they can be friends if they would never consider dating each other and it's more like a brother-sister type relationship. i have guy friends that i would never consider dating because i would find them annoying if we were ever in a dating relationship, and i'm pretty sure i will be annoying in that way too due to some of my personality traits.
