Answers
The cold temperature isn't ideal. The stomach struggles to digest at a cooler temperature. The food ideally needs to be at body temperature for the stomach to digest effectively.
I really wouldnt know, but whenever im sick I either go up to 7-11 and get me a slushie or I get ice cream. I dont know why but ever since I was little that is what I have done.
