IKobo canceled my order & charged my credit card, on their site there is not Contact-Us page, no address or phone on their About Us page...
how to contact them?
how to get refunded?
how to delete my credit card details from their website?
how to close my account?

i used the live chat support, but they ask me to send the photos of my credit card!!!
i'm sure that giving (or asking) for pictures of a credit card is illegal (i asked my bank) , not to mention security problems, because theses pictures can very easily be catched on the web by scammers & hackers (using simple tcp-ip sniffers or sat listening softwares).
anyway i asked to close my account, and i will send a mail to request to be refunded and my account closed.
