Religion: 64 percent of German population belongs to the Christian denomination. 30 percent are Roman Catholic and 33 percent are Protestants. Historically, Germany has a substantial Jewish population. Germany’s theologists like Martin Luther, Rudolf Otto etc were very famous religious reformers.
Cuisine: German cuisine is based on the usage of meat, desserts and cakes. Germany is the largest produced of beer and wine. The home cuisines are entirely different from the restaurant cuisine in Germany. The dumplings, sausages, pastries etc of Germany are very famous around the world.
Sports: The field of sports is an integral part of Germany’s life and culture. The German Football Federation with more than 6 million members is the largest sports organization in the country. The Football Leagues attract a vast number of spectators to the stadiums and lots more watch the matches on television with full of enthusiasm.
