Teaching is to educate someone. A teacher is the spiritual father, who fulfils the mental as well as spiritual needs of his/her student. For becoming a teacher, one must has best qualification so that he/she can convey best knowledge to all students.

Teaching can be done in a class room or a specified institution or one may teach at home as a home tutor.

Students always need a teacher, who can understand the psychology of student and deal him according to it. Basically, every student has different nature. Some are intelligent, who always focus on studies. Some are lazy, who do not bother to study and always remain lazy in the class. Some students are very clever and sharp, who tend to misbehave with the teachers and other students. Some students do not take interest in learning because of their family background or they might have interest in playing. It is the teacher who understands and studies the psychology of each student and then grows them up according to what they want. Teacher takes care of the intentions of all children.

Teaching is the noblest profession. Usually females prefer to teach because they can deal with students as a mother. A teacher must follow the curricula provided by his institution. He/she can be teach according to lesson plans, which help in completion of course in a good manner and with in the time. Teaching can be done in different manners. There can be a lecture method i.e. giving the lectures in class rooms or a practical performance, in which one can perform the experiments for better understanding. It depends upon the teacher what type of method he wants to adopt.

The major problem with us is that, most of the teachers come from low-incoming families. They just want to have money and do not focus on teaching. We must stop this kind of attitude. Before taking the decision of becoming a teacher, he/she must know that he/she is going to polish the new generation, to glooming the builders of the country. If teacher does not have a passion inside, these young builders will also die. If a student is becoming a thief, a democrat, a criminal, in his future, he can blame his teacher, who did not give him proper guideline in his past.

Teaching is a very responsible profession. It is not just to go to the class room and to end up the syllabus. Every teacher must know that he/she has to give the answers later on; either he/she has performed the duty well or not.
