The Swine flu symptoms are similar to the symptoms of regular seasonal flu and majority of people complaint of lack of apetite, vomiting and diarrhoea. It also includes chronic fatigue. There have been researchs done which show that human swine influenza H1N1 can be cured with the antivirals (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza). As seasonal flu is caused by several viruses that are adapted and spread in human, who has some strong immunity system to common strains and can remove it by immunisation with a vaccine.

Besides, the reason of Avian flu is influenza viruses which are adapted for infection in birds while those influenza viruses cause swine flu which are adapted for infection in pigs. As swine flu is most alike seasonal flu and it is a type of same Influenza so it also spreads as seasonal flu spreads like sneezing, coughing, kissing, coming in direct contact with infected objects.

Most commonly, major problems arise when human and animal flu viruses get mixed thus lead to the development of new viruses which become resistant to immunity system and spread through the population, sparking a pandemic.
