Hey guys is this is the first time you are going to face the interview or this is not the first time? Anyway no problem! These tips are for everyone who are going to face the interview. Sometimes when we go for the interview we give our best but still when the result comes we see that we have not been selected. So there must be some strong reason behind it. Now here I will discuss some of the techniques to impress the interviewer/s and get the job easily.

Preparation before the interview :

Mind Game:

When you get the call letter for the interview then do not think that you have already got the job, do not feel over confident but feel confident. You just think that this is a chance for you ,if you do well in the interview field then definitely the job will be yours but also keep in mind there are several competitors of you all of whom will be fighting with you in the interview field for the same position.

Little study:

You should know about the company little bit before going for the interview. You can search on internet and collect the information on the company’s vision,mission,values,company’s current position in the market, their objectives,what they expect from the employees, who are the customers of the company, the company’s financial position,investors etc.This will not take more than 30 minutes to know the matter.

Your Dress:

This is the most important thing for an interview session. You should be dressed formally. Your shirt and trouser should be properly cleaned and ironed before the day. Do not wear ant loud colour shirt but try to wear a light and decent colour shirt along with a suitable tie which will carry a decent image . Your dressing sense is the way to your mind. The interviewer will understand your personality on the basis of your dress,how you carry your dress and the way you speak to them. You can use a deodorant to feel confident and this will also give you a freshness throughout the day. But the smell of the deodorant should not be too loud, use the light smelled deodorant.

Your Hair:

Your hair should be properly trimmed and do not forget to shave on the interview day.

File and Folders:

Please carry all your certificates and the documents in a covered file or a folder. You should carry the originals with you and only show them the originals if they want to see them. Do not forget to carry your release letter if you are going to the interview for a shift in the job.

Answer the questions confidently:

In the interview session there can be only one interviewer or more than that. So if the interview board consists of two or three persons then always they will try to test your stress level. They will ask you several questions without giving much time to answer. So do not make your answer too long but answer shortly and confidently. If you do not know the answer of any question then say them “sorry! I don’t know the answer”. But never try to guess as if you are wrong it will carry a negative impression throughout the interview. Always try to give more scope to them so that they will speak more and you will speak less during the interview. Never try to interrupt when the interviewers are talking amongst themselves.

And the last thing but not the least is that always keep in mind that this is not the last chance your are getting for a job, if you do not get the job then do not feel frustrated but think that some better chance is waiting for you.
