Save Your Liver and save Yourself
Do you know that liver is one of those master organs of our body without which we can’t live for a single minute? And this is the organ we torture most. In maximum cases it is seen that the victim is responsible for the problem. The prime reason of maximum liver problems is alcohol. Alcohol creates lack of nutrition in liver, which creates various infections and damages, which lead to various other problems. Though alcohol is not only the single reason of liver infection but it is the prime one. Except alcohol there are many other factors are concern in this matter.

There are some specific liver diseases which are very much contagious. So now a very obvious question arises here “how to save ourselves from this diseases?” well the answer would be “try to practice safe lifestyle habits.” Your today’s lifestyle is responsible for your tomorrow. Practicing unhealthy lifestyle can give you a horrible future. The liver diseases are not only let your health down but also it can cost you by your life. So try to be more conscious about your lifestyle and habits.

Apart from your habits there are so many other considerable factors which can damage your liver like harm full drug’s use( like steroid), use of illicit drugs, accidents, poisons etc.

Apart from this there is another important thing, water. Water is the basic need of a human life. It helps us and our health in several ways, but sometimes it carries tremendously dangerous virus, bacteria or parasites which can even threat our lives.

There are some basic ways to save your precious liver from such dangerous infections. Try to mold up your habits. Practice proper hygiene (clean your hands properly every time before having food), practice safe sex, try to have properly processed water (avoid tap water or waters from unreliable water source), keep yourself away from illegal drugs, wash your hands carefully after any possible contact with chemical s. don’t share your personal things like toothbrush, nail clipper etc. try to cut your nails regularly. Keep yourself away from those people who have any kind of liver disease. AVOID ALCOHOL, it is really IMPORTANT.

Another importantly considerable note is supplying proper vitamins and minerals to your liver. Our liver works as a nutrition filter. If the liver itself start suffering in malnutrition then it will not be able to work properly for the body. So it is very important that we supply proper vitamins and minerals every day. For that you need to have a good amount of fresh fruits (don’t eat fruits which are left pieced for more than three hours in a direct touch with air) and green vegetable. Fruits and green vegetables are only natural source of vitamins and minerals. If it is not possible for you to have fruits and vegetables in daily basis then make it sure that you are taking proper supplements.

Try to avoid staying in empty stomach for long time. Or else it can damage your liver. Try to have minimum food in every 5th to 6th hour. This will keep your liver well.

Those were the basic ways to avoid liver problems. If you are carrying these protocols then I am telling you will save your liver from too many infections. Please avoid drugs and alcohol and Try to live a healthy life because it is yours only.
