Questions Which Are Frequently Asked During The Interview
In an interview sessions there are several questions which are asked by the interviewer. The interviewers generally ask questions to know that whether the interviewee can handle the situations or not. They ask the questions to understand whether the interviewee is confident enough to answer the questions ,whether he/she has a clear idea regarding the topic, whether the interviewee is feeling shy to answer and many more. The stress level of the interviewee can also be judged through the answers of the questions. The communication skills, the personality, depth everything can be determined through the questions and answer session.

Self -Introduction:

This is very common question in every interview session. All of the interviewers generally start with the common question .”tell me something about yourself”. This is the part where the interviwee get the first chance to impress the interviwer. Within one/two minute of short introduction he/she can impress the interviwer. So the self introduction part should be short, simple and relevant and it should be spoken confidently. But remember when you are answering the quation then be very precise and mention your qualification which express the demand of your job. Self introduction part should be very impressive and it should convey a message to the company who are going to hire you for the post.

Tell me something about your attitude:

This question they ask you simply to understand how nicely you can manage the question. The question should be handled with confidence. Please try to focus on your personality when you are answering this question. You should be confident enough to impress the person who is sitting in front of you. Always try to keep your responses brief and relevant.

Salary Part:

This is the most important part of the interview process. If you are a fresher then never ask about salary until and unless they ask you . As you do not have any experience so probably you will not be able to judge your market value. But you can know it by attending two/three interviews . You can easily notice that in each interview how much they are offering you on the basis of your qualification and then you can easily understand your market value.

If you are experienced then in your CV please mention :open or negotiable” in the expected salary part. If they ask you about your expected salary from the company then deal the question with full confidence and strength. You should show them through your attitude that you are quite confident about the performance in respect to the salary. You can also negotiate your salary according to the situation.

“Why do you want to leave the previous job?”

If you are experienced and looking for a job then they can ask you this queation. Yiu should be prepared with a relevant answer. For example: You can say you do not like the work environment or you do not like the discrepancies in the management etc. But whatever you tell be prepared that they will definitely look for an explainable answer from your side.

“Job Satisfactory questions”

If they ask you this question then answer it properly. You just show them you will love to work in an organization where you will like the work, working environment and definitely you will get enough job satisfaction. Money is not only the factor for the job satisfaction but the environment and the job responsibilities mean a lot to you.

“Do not forget to say thank you before leaving the room”

You should wish everybody who are in the interview room before leaving the room after interview.

So above are some of the questions which we generally face at the time of the interview. The answers can vary person to person but all answers should be framed with confidence.
