Our worship may be strengthened by using “prayer”. A prayer has many forms i.e. to admit sins, to requesting from GOD. It may be in a form of an expression, a song. It can be done individually or in a gathering.

Although, in some cases, a prayer is restricted to some specific type of actions yet every one practices his own way for praying. Scientific studies have proven that, the patients having hope that others are doing prayers for them, get healthy and recover soon. On the other hand, the patients having no hope and no sensation towards prayer get hopeless and died soon.

A prayer can be applied in daily life, when a person may keep in contact with God. He can communicate with his Creator any time in his daily routine. People also perform some specific acts while praying like lightening of candle, ringing of bell, upraising of hands or having a specific direction, prostrating on floor, kneeling, crying or closing of eyes. These actions show the relationship of people with their God.

Prayers have many benefits spiritually. It develops a faith with in a person that he can do anything, he can fight against any difficulty and worry. He can talk with his God, when he is alone and when he finds no shoulder to cry. His spiritual needs may get satisfied when he used to pray. He remains stand up in any downward face of his life. Indeed, this is the impact of pray.

When a person talks with his God, in the form of pray, he also gets the answer. This answer might be in a form of mental satisfaction, getting solution of his problems, opening of the ways, vanishing of the difficulties, getting a way in a difficult path or he may learn how to handle this problem. A pray can never be useless. If it does not proving a solution, it definitely will prevents us from incoming problems or we may get the reward of pray in another form.

We can say that, in this era of selfishness, we need a companion, a friend to hear our voice carefully, to provide us solution. The one Who can give us mental and spiritual satisfaction is God and the way of talking with Him is “a prayer”. Therefore, we must not avoid praying.
