She didn’t collapse onto a rug in a dramatic display in a questionable coma, causing the media to go into frenzy about How. Her death did not make the cover of Newsweek and was not the subject of hours of talk on the news. Perhaps this is a good thing. She loved her privacy but never had it. When “Farrahmania” hit everything was fair game, from her chili recipe to sordid details and fictionalized accounts. Yet it is not right that she was almost forgotten.
