Having more weight with respect to height and age is termed as obesity and it is necessary to maintain your weight as per your height, because obesity is an indication of very serious diseases like high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetics and joint pains. In women, obesity is harmful at the time of pregnancy.
SIDE-EFFECTS OF BEING OBESE: Some parents are interested to see their child healthy, that’s why they feed children different types of ice creams, chocolates and junk foods which increase their calories intake and make them fat. These types of children also spend most of their time in playing computer games or watching T.V as they don’t take interest in playing outdoor games. Due to their laziness they start getting fat and the parents of these children are unaware from the fact that this laziness and obesity will be harmful in future for their children.
At the time of youth, most of the men are agile and they take interest in outdoor games but after entering in the practical life and after their marriage they only confine their selves to home and if they go outside, they only go to hotels. They spend their time in using computer or watching T.V. and due to this schedule they start getting fat and then fatness start affecting their health but when they realize it usually is very late.
There are lots of effects of obesity in our daily life. First of all obesity not only reduces the beauty of face but it also reduces the beauty of whole body. Due to laziness and wrong scheduling, the smart and handsome body of a man turns obese and ugly body due to which man feels embarrassment and he looks over-aged.
HOW TO GET RID OF IT: How to control on obesity? How to get rid of it? The answer is so simple. The first thing is that you should know about your average weight and you should try maintaining that weight. If it is possible buy a weighing machine for your home and check your weight at least once in a week. If you find your weight a pound more than before, notice it immediately and try to control your diet.
With respect to WORLD HEALTH ASSOCIATION to know that either your weight is normal or you are over weight find your body mass index. If your body mass index appears 25 it means that you are a normal and healthy person. If it is in between 25 to 29 it means you are over weight, but if it is more than 30 it means that you are obese.
If your body mass index shows that you are fat, then it is strictly required to control your diet and to maintain your body shape. Try to eat vegetables and fruits and keep yourself away from high calories diet. Try to walk about 1.5 miles per day depending on your body weight because it will be beneficial for you to reduce your body weight and make yourself agile. All these things will help a fat person to reduce its fat.
After reading all these clauses it is proved that fatness is like a disease. It is better to maintain yourself and not to get fat because it is harmful for your health. There is a big difference between being healthy and being obese. If we control our diet and schedule our life, then it will be easy for us to maintain our health. It’s better to play sports because it is as good as exercise and if you are too much obese then try contacting your doctor to reduce your fat otherwise it will severely effect your life.
