Nose Bleeding
Bleeding from nose can be annoying, but it indicates the presence of underling illness or diseases. It can be treated at home and does not always needs a professional medical attention.

Most nose bleeds begin in the lower part of the septum, the semi-rigid wall that separates the two channels of the nose. It contains blood vessels that can be broken by the edge of a sharp fingernail or ablow to the nose .

Blood flows down the back of the mouth and throat even when the patient is sitting up or standing. But chronic nose bleeding requires immediate medical attention.

Nose bleeds can be caused by the break of a small blood vessel in the nose. It can also occur during sports when there is a collision that affects the nose..

Dryness in the inside of the nose as a result of weather can also can also resulted into nose bleeding because the natural wetness of the nose will dry and for hard crust can cause bleeding when picked.

Common cold, high altitude is another reason why nose can bleed.

The treatments are:

Ice pack can be applied to the nose.

Nose bleeding caused by dry atmosphere can be cured by asking the patient to breath in dry steam, and jelly cream can be applied thereafter.

Doctors advices are needed in case of a chronic nose bleeding.
