The music of rock n roll came about the same time that an African revolution was taking place in the USA. African Americans were protesting racial segregations that were taking place in schools, hospitals and social arena. Rock n roll music combine both black and white elements in their compositions. In fact rock n roll brought to stage performance a number of blacks. These factors of course brought about provocations.
Reggae LifestyleRastafarianism started in Jamaica then spread to America where it was greatly popularized before spreading to Africa. In America it turned into a movement that strongly coiled around the ideals and philosophies of Marcus Garvey, a black liberationist with roots from Jamaica. Some Rastafarians thought of Marcus Garvey as a prophet and when predicted the crowning of a Rasta man as president, when it came to be that Haille Selassie was crowned emperor of Ethiopian followers of marcus started to believe he was a reincarnation of John the Baptist. Consequently the Rastafarians began to adore Emperor selassie called hime Jah.
Raggae lifestyle is dogged by a number of things including wide acceptance of rearing dreadlocks, smoking bhang, communism and general love for humanity. Reggea culture has a lot of following in Jamaica and Africa.
ECONOMIC LIFESTYLESCapitalismThis is an economic system where wealth production and ownership is individualized and controlled privately. Land, property, labor and capital are private and mostly controlled by the forces of demand and supply. Capitalism has little regarded communal lifestyle that mostly existed in the pre-civilization era. It’s every person for himself/ herself and survival for the fittest. Commonly this creates definite clases of life: the upper class, the middle class, and the lower class.
CommunismThis is a socio-economic structure where everything commonly owned and controlled. Here there are no classes, everybody is deemed equal to another. Karl Marx was one the famous thinkers who supported communism by stating that capitalistic environments exploited the poor who were the creators of wealth.
RELIGIOUS LIFESTYLESBuddhismThis is religion originated from India and is based on the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, whose followers refer to as Buddha. It insists on regular exercise, ethics, meditation, being devoted and cultivation of wisdom.

SEDENTARY LIFESTYLEThis is a scientific term for modern lifestyles mainly found in the western culture. This kind of lifestyle is characterized by inactive natures of modern life eg sitting in the office, home with little physical activity. This has been blamed by the scientist for the increase in cases of obesity, diabetes, heart problems, depression etc. Scientist believe that all these can reduced or avoided through regular exercise.
