Motivation of the employees
    Business organizations, educational institutes and other fields are running prosperously due to the talents and efforts of the employees working in these places. Without the employees’ effort and hard work, the employers can not taste the success in their respective fields. Hence it is the duty and responsibility of the employer to motivate the employees of any organization.

The best ways to motivate the employees:


   • Enthusiasm is contagious. If the employer is always enthusiastic about the official commitments, the employees also will be motivated to work with full of energy.

   • The employees are motivated more by the concern and care of the employer towards them. The employer must know about the employees’ personal life and this improves a good relationship between them that result in the better performance of the employees.

   • The employers must provide freedom to the employees regarding the task management. This ensures a high motivation in the employees due to the trust and confidence of the employer towards them.
 
   • The employers must reward the employees either verbally or non- verbally for their outstanding performance. This certainly elevates the employees’ sprits and makes them ready for the next task.

   • The employer must communicate well with the employees often and insist that their effort and ability alone can bring in lots of good and positive changes in the field. This creates a sense of responsibility in the employees.

   • The employer can organize week end trips, outdoor camping and other such interesting activities which relax the minds and bodies of the employees and boost up the spirits of them and also enhance an effective team building process.

   • The employers must reward the employees based on their annual performance either by giving increments, bonuses or profit sharing etc. This will trigger the interests of the employees and they will be motivated to work more efficiently than before.

   • The monetary rewarding provided to the outstanding employees creates enthusiasm in the other employees who can turn very efficient in managing their tasks.

   • The employers must not encourage the complaint oriented employees who tend to create a negative atmosphere in the working place. This will automatically cut down the unnecessary gossiping of the employees.

   • The employers must counsel such pessimistic employees and make their attitudes positive. This enhances the motivation among all the employees as they start trusting the employer more than before.
