It is up to you to take in any type of vegetable soups that you like but keep it in mind that it must provide you with the necessary amounts of fats and won’t be more than average amount of fats needed. You must not and never boil vegetables for too long as it will destroy the necessary nutrients available in them. In last used skimmed milk as to get a real help in cutting down your weight.
