Headaches are very common among every individual. Every doctor in his practice will encounter at least one patient suffering from headache per week. ■ An easier way to cure this is massaging your head softly with your hand. Apply some pain balm or oil on our forehead and trace the spot of headache. Now softly massage the painful area and when you feel the pain abate, concentrate on the same spot and massage more.

■ Massage therapy is not new and is being practiced from olden days. History stands back of it. Being in usage for many years this therapy gave astonishing results in decreasing stress on eyes and mind. This helps in reducing blood pressure, improves total health condition and helps to stay calm.
