What is Power Plate and what is it origin?

One can also do this with less risk of injury. Simply put, in traditional form of resistance training, that is, weight training, you contract and relax muscles may be once or twice per second. However, by exercising on Power Plate, muscle stimulation happens between 30 to 50 times per second.

So, every muscle in the body can be activated, reflex pathways are awakened, strength is promoted, anabolic hormones are secreted and circulation is enhanced. How does it work?
