If you want to attain your target, your own mind set is logically the most important element in your work sequences. Many people want fitness for life, they want quick solution to get fit for a long time i.e. for life time so, the most important is that what you think and how you want your visualization come true.
Many of us when stood in front of the mirrors, and looked at our self’s reflection, usually we find some flow in our reflection, so become unhappy with the reflection. I think that all of us have been done it once in a while. The main point in all that is the way of thinking of our mind. That doesn’t allow us to be happy at all. And the saddest thing is that unless we see ourselves in a different way (perspective) we’re never going to be happy. Because thoughts and visualization are very effective in assisting you achieve the goal. Whatever the person thinks about his self, he is always being like that, for instance, if a person thinks that he is sick, will be sick if he always think that he/she has skin diseases will always have some skin problem or if he/she thinks that he/she is not pretty at all that he/she would look like.
So, you see how thoughts and visualization effects on the personality. If you really want to have a change in your personality you should start changing your way of thinking at first. Think whatever you want yourself to be.
Once I heard the statement that actually come true with this concept. The idea is that if you look at the flaws of your self every time, it will become the prominent pneumonia of your personality. In whatever way you are looking to yourself today, is actually just looking at what you were, and you will always be stick on it. So for your better future, stop looking badly or critically to yourself. Start vitalizing what you desires to be you’ll shortly become like that.
