You can see any gym in your neighborhood or some biggest fitness centre of your city. All are flooded by wannabe’s, rookies who saw Arnold in some movie and want to imitate him. For months they work their ass off, but in the end get nothing. The prime reason is that they do not understand what is actually needed. The basic problem is that nearly all of them thinks it’s enough to copy someone in gym or to hire a personal trainer for a good physique but I have to say it’s not as simple as it seems to be.
The biggest myth of our times is that: Muscles comes from gym. Any experienced trainer will tell you that it comes from your kitchen. Yes I repeat, Kitchen is the only place where you can get your physique. Gym is the place to hone or say develop your body. The food you take, decides growth of your muscles.
You can spend hours in gym and at last end in nothing unless you feed yourself with proper nutrition. The food you take should not be processed and free of preservatives of any kind. The diet needs not to be too hard but proportional. Avoid taking junk food and despite eating heavy food twice or thrice a day it's better to take small amount of food many times a day.
Also it is absolutely useless to work out for hours. It’s a funny but very popular thought that more you exercise better it will be. We all should be aware of the fact that muscle gain comes from “testosterone”, and certainly testosterone drops as we work out. It simply means longer you workout, less effective it will be.
To attain the physique you need, workout should not be too long, it will help you to get most out of your body’s testosterone before it crashes. The workout should have proper intervals in between to prevent exhaustion.
So, next time please do smile when you some guy working out for hours and I bet you will see him in the same shape even after a year.
