Retirement stage is inevitable in every individual’s life. But most of the people feel scared and depressed on reaching this stage as they feel that they had lost something very precious in their lives and it appears like the final stage of life to them. What can be done next; how to push on the life further etc will be their nagging issues. But for some people the retirement phase will be an enjoyable one as they are going to come out of the clasps of hectic routine and monotonous schedules. Now it is a golden chance for them to lead their lives by reliving their hobbies and other interested activities of their preference. Either ways, the retirement stage is unavoidable to any individual and one has to be prepared mentally and financially to face the retirement stage.
How can we face and enjoy the retired life?

We will be able to keep in contact with our cherished friends and relatives and organize get together once in a while which elevates our moods and spirits. To keep ourselves healthy and fit in the older age, we can start going for regular walks, jogging etc with our spouse or friends. This enhances the rate of our health as well as the strength of our bonds.
We can continue our learning process by enrolling in distance education courses or we can start learning a new language. We can volunteer our services to the needy people, orphanages, and old age homes and provide them happiness.
